This position requires an experience of 7 to 9 years with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. This role involves shift maintenance activities in API Manufacturing plant.

Role and responsibility:

Routine maintenance of plant machineries. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned. Must involve in planning, documentation, execution and compliance in all form (cGMP & EHS) for the allocated system.

Main tasks:

To carry out shift maintenance activities and breakdown works.

To support production for plant modification works.

Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

To participate in training activities in related with engineering, safety and cGMP.

To co-ordinate with production and other departments for maintenance works. Support preventive maintenance team for execution of PM equipment's.

Shift maintenance activities, shift pending works and break down works shall be carried out on time.

Assist to general maintenance team for servicing of production equipment's such as Reactors, Centrifuges, Pumps, AGRs, Driers, etch shall be carried out to prevent breakdown.

Must follow cGMP and EHS procedures to meet current requirements.

To attend all training programs related with Engineering, Safety and cGMP. Update history cards for maintenance activities on time Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
