Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: - Greeting, assisting, and advising customers throughout the workday. - Creating work orders and drafting estimates utilizing Repair Order (RO) writing system (Mitchell or AllData) - Providing recommendations for preventive and corrective maintenance. - Able to manage many tasks and manage your time efficiently. - Very important to follow up with customer's repair estimates and maintain customer retention. - Clean work area on a weekly basis

Minimum Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of automotive service and repair. - Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers. - Valid NM driver's license with acceptable driving record. - Effectively multitask in an office and automotive repair environment. - Able to learn and understand how to keep shop flow going.

- Knowledge of Mitchell or AllData software required.

Compensation will be based on experience and ability. Uniforms will be provided. Rsum REQUIRED.
