Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional team members and assist the Product Managers to set strategy, define the product roadmap, and make appropriate trade-offs between features, speed, and customer/business value

• Assist the product manager with defining specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product deliverables across systems

• Prepare presentations for the Product Managers to present to upper-level management

• Participate in testing of their products to gather data/research

• Work within Jira, keep dashboards and reporting systems updated

• Develop and communicate data-driven analysis to prioritize product features & assess trade-offs.

• Consume customer, team and client feedback and align to business needs. Translate these items into new product features that align with the overall product vision and strategy.
