Acosta Group Customer Success Manager in Williamson, Texas

DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales & marketing professional to work within a highly strategic business unit supporting Google Nest’s channel sales team, and is the hub of the wheel, supporting senior leadership with streamlined oversight and reporting of key projects.

As an Account Manager, you will beresponsible for managing projects from start to finish. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define and work toward project objectives and to develop comprehensive plans. You’ll coordinate people and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. The role includes serving as liaison between the projects and their stakeholders, maintaining communication, transparency, and thorough attention to detail throughout project life cycles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners to develop project plans, leads all communications including project kick off, brief intake, planning budgets, and project scope.

  • Develops project schedule and initiates critical path; takes the necessary actions (and steps) to keep work and teams on-track.

  • Initiates a RACI chart and program campaign process, collaborates with cross-functional teams for rollout and during program/project execution.

  • When applicable, drives the process for seamless budget creation and tracking, ensuring weekly check-ins with stakeholders.

  • Develops and guides the creation of executive summary and insights reports for both client and internal teams. Ensures excellence in effective reporting.

  • Oversight of training platform and module development and implementation.

  • Manage projects that could include high profile meetings, program asset development, campaign management and other initiatives through third parties.

  • Participates in regular brainstorms internally and externally.

  • Enthusiastically gets to know internal and external partners, strengthening relationships for mutual success.

  • Take an active role in identifying opportunities for new projects and recommendations for improvements.

  • You’re a strong communicator with the ability to effectively present reports, insights, recommendations to all levels of the organization.

  • You understand and can manage ambiguity, overcoming challenges and blockers.

  • You love working in a team environment. You’re highly collaborative and are comfortable working closely with clients, internal departments acrossseniority levels, peers, and third parties, to produce the best work possible.

  • You’re a creative problem solver with a knack for thought leadership. There is always a way, and no idea is too far reaching to explore.

  • You’re curious, and have a deep interest in emerging market trends, customer behaviors, and cultural reference points. You love learning and remain inquisitive!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven work experience inBusiness, Communications, Project Management, Account Management, or Marketing and thrives working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment.

  • Ideal post-secondary degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Business, Communications, or Marketing.

  • Proficient in building critical paths, timeline management tools, and building/tracking/reconciling budgets.

  • Ideal experience with learning management systems or reward programs/platforms.

  • Good understanding of logistical planning and execution, and experienced manager of large-scale B2B client projects and events would be considered an asset.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration on surrounding teams.

  • Desire to learn, develop and continuously grow.
