Description

We are looking to hire a Medical Receptionist for our healthcare facility located in Bakersfield, California. The successful candidate will be entrusted with managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and provides an excellent platform to utilize and enhance medical software skills, including Allscripts, EHR SYSTEM, Medisoft, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service

• Utilize medical software including Allscripts, EHR System, and Medisoft for various operations

• Operate the PBX System effectively and efficiently

•• Work under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively

• • Communicate proficiently with patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare/NHS industry

•• Ability to efficiently use a PBX System for managing calls and communication
