Job Description

• Exploring multiple design options for the mechanical component and assembly detail design with 3D CAD models;

• Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability;

• Developing engineering design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost;

• Developing and maintaining mechanical subsystem quality as well as the quality of integration of these designs into the complete system with following GEHC quality procedure;

• Developing smart transmission structure drove by the motor;

• Validating product sub-system reliability performance;

• Conducting analysis of in-field products or new products reliability using FMEA, DFR tools.

Experience Profile:

• Candidate must have over 10 years of experience in related field, especially the design of medical products, large and complex systems;

• Experience in the following technologies is an advantage: FEA, Thermal simulation, Sheet metal, Casting, Automatic control, Machining;

• Experience in mechanical CAD tool, like Pro/E(Creo) is a must;

• Experience in foreign company or abroad is an advantage;

• Experience in these Industry is an advantage: Medical device, Machine tools, Robotics, Car manufacturer …

Personal Profile:

• Bachelor Degree of mechanical engineering or above;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Demonstrated basic program/project planning capability;

• High energy, good resistance to stress in certain phase of program needed;

• Good English skill in writing;

• Be creative, be positive to complete tasks.
