Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Manager – Clinical Data Intelligence to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the data collection, data analysis and quality check, annotation, and data usage discussions with data providers and the legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management, hands-on skills and experience in health data analysis including data annotation and quality check, a keen understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to drive excellence in data-related processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end clinical data lifecycle, from collection to annotation based on clinical guidelines, ensuring high data quality and integrity and maintain a high velocity in delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data collection strategies, protocols, and standards.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable data.

  • Engage with data providers to establish effective partnerships and facilitate data acquisition processes.

  • Lead discussions with the legal department to address data usage agreements, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to clinical data management.

  • Provide strategic guidance on data-related decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., health informatics, bioinformatics, data science, etc.)

  • In-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experiment with data annotation based on clinical guideline, clinical data analysis and quality check.

  • In-depth understanding of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and ethical considerations.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in clinical data management, with a focus on data quality, annotation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in negotiating and drafting data usage agreements and contracts.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Customer-centric and can have strong collaboration with internal data users.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $179,520.00-$269,280.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
