Oracle Consulting Project Principal Consultant in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

As a Senior Upgrade Engagement Owner , you will be accountable for delivering multiple complex projects across upgrade platforms and managing client relationships and strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive internal project team strategies for complex client upgrades and identify and execute code and domain strategies for upgrade projects. Additionally, the Senior Upgrade Engagement Owner will act as an escalation point for client and project risks, independently manage escalations, and identify and implement process improvement changes while supporting organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

o At least 2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

o At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Expectations

• Availability during non-traditional business hours as required by project work

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position

  • Accountable for the delivery of multiple projects across upgrade platforms

  • Cultivate external client relationships and strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Direct and support a team of associates responsible for delivering client upgrades

  • Execute code and domain strategy for upgrade projects

  • Manage project issues list; mitigating and resolving issues and risks, escalating as necessary

  • Implement process improvement strategies
