**Licensed State Emissions/Inspection

**Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems, including powertrain, transmission, suspension, and braking systems

**Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively

**Familiarity with tire service, including mounting, balancing and rotation

**Knowledge of shocks and struts replacement
