Core Responsibilities

You will work with the Strategy Partner team, supporting our Executive Leadership team. Typically, you will work on projects together with 1-3 Strategy Partners at a time. Your role will vary from project to project but you will contribute to many different types of strategic work. This could include:

  • Supporting specific Strategy Partners on strategic projects across the organization, e.g. with analytical work.

  • Supporting the Executive Leadership Team and Board processes.

  • Facilitating status meetings and workshops.

  • Helping to ensure consistency and alignment across the Strategy Partner team.

The Strategy & Transformation team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development & value realization, working on major strategic priorities for the company. We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and operational topics. We are a diverse team of professionals with backgrounds in consulting and / or industry acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to The LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

You study at university level and have at least one year until completion of your degree or graduation. Moreover, you:

  • Are dedicated, meticulous, and curious – not least about The LEGO Group

  • Are energized by joining an impactful and agile team

  • Respect confidentiality – you will come into contact with sensitive areas and subjects within The LEGO Group

  • Have experience with PowerPoint and Excel – with a willingness to learn more

  • Can work approximately 2 days a week (15 hrs a week).

  • ​Proficient in English both in writing as well as orally
