JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION Materials Operator - Reprocessing JOB LOCATION Bloomer, WI STARTING DATE Immediately EMPLOYMENT TERM Direct Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) Day Shift (6am-6pm, 2-2-3 schedule), Night Shift (6pm-6am, 2-2-3 schedule) STARTING PAY \$20.00 - \$24.00/hour (plus night shift pay differential of \$2.50/hour) BENEFITS Extremely competitive REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience preferred DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures Complete cleaning tasks in department Ability to ensure accurate data entry Monitor equipment conditions often, ability to learn troubleshooting techniques to ensure pellets stay at a high level of quality Stage material for reprocessing Maintain a consistent flow of box material on the conveyor and roller table Put all plant scrap away in designated rack locations Returned material from production: weigh, label and put away in designated locations Pull all boxed repro and resin requests for production Monthly inventory Understanding that position will require cross training with the material handler position Assist in staging material for shipments Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Materials Operator \| Reprocessing - Direct Hire Work for the leading independent producer of high-performance, specialty film, and flexible packaging solutions in North America!
