Express Employment is seeking a Hardscape Crew Lead/Foreman for a local provider of comprehensive landscape installation, maintenance, tree services, and snow removal.

We are seeking an experienced landscape crew lead who can also step into a leadership role when needed. If you're a skilled professional with a passion for hardscapes, snow removal, managing crews, and delivering high-quality landscaping services, we want to hear from you!

Salary Range: $24-33/hr ($50,000 - $70,000 annually)

Schedule: Typical hours 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime during peak seasons

Responsibilities:

When acting as a Crew Lead or Supervisor, your duties may include:

Layout and installation of hardscape patios, steps, walls

Tree trimming and removal

Softscape work: Trimming, planting, mulching, etc.

Snow removal

Irrigation system installation and maintenance

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in hardscapes, preferable as foreman responsible for project planning, material ordering and budgeting

Extensive experience with driving trucks and trailers

Ability to work year-round, including snow removal

Mechanical expertise with small engines and equipment

Strong communication skills for customer interactions

Extensive experience with skid steers, loaders, and excavation equipment

Preferred Qualifications (Bonuses):

CDL Class A License

3+ years of experience as a crew Foreman

Experience driving large dump trucks or semis

Certified Arborist

Additional industry experience (Tree work, Golf Course, etc.)
