The Opportunity:

• Tremendous opportunity for a Residential Valuer arising due to recent retirement

• A strong and continual workload that will protect you from market softening conditions

• To value residential properties across Brisbane North Bayside (Caboolture to North Lakes & Griffin) in a professional manner within required timeframes, (specific Bayside knowledge not available)

About you:

• CPV QLD Certified Residential Valuer

• Good knowledge of the Australian residential property industry (specific Bayside knowledge not essential)

• Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills
