MMT Human Resource Coordinator in C, Ireland

HR Coordinator We are recruiting for a HR Co-Ordinator, with a strong focus on recruitment, to join our MMT Ireland HR team. This HR Coordinator position is responsible for the all-round coordination of the HR function including sourcing, attracting and selection of talent for the organisation, onboarding, answering HR queries, upholding policies and procedures etc. This is a defined term role that reports into the Snr HR Business Partner. Role responsibilities: Drive the MMT recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting thorough screening calls with candidates, and completing reference checks. Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Coordinating the effective running of the administrative processes involved with recruitment, including regular clear updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Be the first point of contact for new starters in the organisation, ensuring employees feel welcome and set up for success from day one. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and conducting induction orientation. Manage incoming queries to HR, redirecting them or answering where appropriate. Link in with payroll on payment queries. Assist in the drawing up and issuing of paperwork, contracts of employment, offer letters, probation notices, changes to terms and condition letters, etc. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and mission in all recruitment activities. Other ad hoc HR & recruitment duties as required. Candidate requirements: HR Qualification and a member of the CIPD. Excellent communication, interpersonal, administration, and relationship-building skills. Excellent IT and MS Office skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Strong understanding of various recruiting methods and channels. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools. Passion for identifying and attracting top talent to drive company success. Previous experience in HR or recruitment role is preferred, but not compulsory.
