Kuwait has enacted a new law prohibiting the issuance of work permits to persons aged 60 or older unless they hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited University.

Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for an experienced Program Manager to join our team based in Kuwait. The position must be knowledgeable and experienced in project and program management. The Program Manager (PM) is physically located onsite with the customer and interfaces daily with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). This role must have experience in the following areas:

• Personnel management, management of projects, and shall perform all managerial duties necessary for the successful performance of the contract.

• This essential role has full authority to act on behalf of Trace Systems on all contract matters.

• The PM will be responsible for coverage for performance of services during any absence of staff members.

• The PM is considered Information Technology (IT) level I in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 and is required to have a Secret security clearance.

• Position requires the PM to be available for contact by the COR at all times (24 hours per day).

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) years of project and program management experience is required.

• Must have d emonstrated ability, background, and qualifications to lead and manage staff support services, which includes direct report personnel and subcontract partners in geographically separate areas in the areas of administrative, operations and logistics support.

• Position requires contract administration/management skills to perform the contract requirements.

• A current DoD 8570.01- M IAM level I baseline certification is required and must be maintained throughout the life of the contract.

• Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.

• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .

Desired Qualifications:

• Ten years project and program management experience.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

• Previous US military experience, especially with the US Army.

• BA/BS Degree preferred

Education:

• High School diploma or GED.
