Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in and around Camp Johnson, VT. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $25-30/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Execute general repairs & maintenance on campus buildings & components

• Explicitly focus on dormitory facilities

• Coordinate & perform painting tasks for interior & exterior surfaces of campus buildings

• Prioritize dormitory areas during turnovers

• Undertake small carpentry projects tailored to dormitory needs

• Ensure functionality & aesthetics align with college standards

• Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate efficient & timely dorm room turnovers

• Optimize space utilization & enhance student living experiences

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols & regulations during all campus electrical work

• Maintain thorough records of service calls including work details & observations for adequate documentation & follow up

• Other tasks as assigned
