Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Creating and sending invoices accurately.

• Payment Processing: Recording and ing customer payments.

• Collections: Following up on overdue invoices.

• Account Reconciliation: Ensuring payment accuracy.

• Credit Management: Assessing creditworthiness and managing limits.

• Aging Analysis: Monitoring outstanding invoices.

• Dispute Resolution: Resolving billing discrepancies.

• Reporting: Analyzing AR metrics.

• Cash Application: Allocating payments correctly.

• Documentation: Maintaining records.

• Coordination: Collaborating with other departments.

• Compliance: Adhering to regulations and controls.
