Job Title: Header welder

Description:

• Looking for welders with Tig/Stick experience OR SubArc experience.

• Weld metal parts together using Tig, Mig, stick, welding processes to fabricate or repair headers or header subassemblies.

• Proficient in blueprint reading. Layout, fits, and tacks work pieces together.

• Must be able to set machines, gas flow, etc.

• SubArc -Ability to weld trunnion to end of headers and positions header using an overhead or jib crane; turn cranks or pushes buttons to align electrode on welding head over the weld joint.

• Ability to load reel of electrode wire onto machine and threads electrode wire from reel through feed rolls and welding head; turn welding head to set the specified angle of electrode.
