Scorpion Harley Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an energetic and positive individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate! The active listener, exceptional problem solver, and ace on the phone is who we want! Throw in a passion for motorcycles and you may be the perfect fit for this team!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide them with exceptional customer service.

• Identify ways to delight our guests

• Make follow up outbound calls to customers in Service/Sales for feedback on their experience.

• Respond to customers questions/concerns accurately, openly, honestly and if you can't, an honest effort to ensure you get the answer from the right source (no matter what they need).

• Partner with the Service Manager and Sales Manager to identify areas where we can improve the customer experience.

• Help maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the dealership.

• Data entry into our CRM on all client information and interactions

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/Google Suite.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends an some holidays.

• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
