▪ Do machine regular maintenance

▪Organize machine PM, and prepare PM plan

▪Trouble shooting for the machine , reduce down time, provide support to other department

▪Machine perforanmce, OEE/MT BF etc data tracking and data analysis

▪Spare part planning and make sure to sustain PM activities

▪The LOTO procedure should be applied to ensure that people are not exposed to an uncontrolled release of energy when maintenance activities

▪ work with other colleagues for the safety risk assessment

▪Provide the technical support on equipments for production and process development

▪Provide technical selection from the potential suppliers for the projects and equipment modification

▪ Management and control of assigned engineering projects (time, budget, quality).

Bachelor degree (4x years), in mechanical relative

3 years above experiences in mechanical-electrical production line maintenance, investment projects experience in management position is required;

Familiar with PM maintenance system is preferred

Familiar with ISO TS 16949, Trouble shooting tools is preferred

Fluent in English by oral and writing

Proficient computer skills of MS-office, AutoCAD and SAP

Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

Good team player

Success orientated, Self driven and project orientated

Promote an atmosphere of team spirit through good example, open communication, good listening, and timely problem resolutions
