Express Employment is assisting a company local to Chelsea Mi in its search of dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers.

As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various landscaping and maintenance tasks to ensure the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties include: - Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, watering, and fertilizing - Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks - Build and maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls - Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns - Assist in snow plowing and ice removal during winter months - Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and pruning plants - Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance - Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements: - Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in landscaping - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently - Chauffeur's license is a plus
