Job Summary: Manage customer relationships to market SPM products and services. Meet the sales budget for assigned customer accounts mainly in southwest China, like in Si Chuan, Chong Qin, Hu Bei and Gui Zhou.

What You Will Do:

  • Daily maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are followed up and met.

  • Develop and execute account plans for key customers.

  • Develop and manage new dealers.

  • Undertake direct sales calls and manage all customer enquiries, including preparation of quotations and establishment of pricing levels.

  • Prepare and coordinate budgets, forecasts, and monthly or weekly reports, in order to be in line with financial purposes & reviews.

  • Provide mechanical seal technical support and training to customers.

  • Maybe need to develop and manage new dealers.

What You Have:

  • This position requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience.

  • Customer Focus: Meet regularly with customers to understand their wants, needs and expectations. Be flexible on meeting customer needs and satisfactions following company compliance requirements.

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge or experiences in Oil & Gas industry. Could be able to name key industry players, leaders and trendsetters and have some basic understanding of their business. Could be able to apply professional industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations to resolve issues.

  • Effective Communications: Could be able to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs from customers and then provide appropriate solutions or take actions to meet customer satisfaction.

  • Value Selling: Could be able to present the overall product/service 'value' to current key accounts and to develop potential customers. Always pursue additional 'value selling' education or training to enhance traditional sales practices.

  • Have more than 5 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.

  • Good English capability in reading, listening and speaking is preferred.

Additional information: 50% domestic travel to customer offices or sites. Possess strong pressure tolerance and can adapt to long-term business trips.
