Job Description

职责和任务：

1. 推动业务目标：制定并执行所负责机构的丝缇珂销售计划，通过积极的业务活动和策略达到业务目标，并不断努力提升业绩。

2. 专业产品知识传达：深入了解公司丝缇珂产品线，包括成分、功效和使用方法，向机构各端口传达产品的价值，优势，效果等。

3. 客户关系维护：与潜在客户和现有客户建立和维护良好的关系，了解机构的需求和反馈，并提供个性化的解决方案。

4. 市场调研：收集市场信息，了解竞争对手的产品和业务策略，为制定有效的业务计划提供支持。

5. 业务报告与分析：定期汇报销售情况，分析数据并提出改进建议，以优化业务流程和策略。

6. 沟通与合作：与内部团队密切合作，包括市场营销、客户服务和供应链团队，确保销售目标的达成。

7. 遵循商业行为准则，合法合理开展业务活动；

8. 完成上级要求的各项任务。

Qualifications

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、医药等相关专业；

2. 三年以上相关领域销售经验；

3. 良好的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神；

4. 良好的学习及数据分析能力；

5. 具备自我驱动力，能够独立制定工作计划并有效执行。

6. 对护肤品，化妆品行业有一定了解，熟悉护肤产品的基本知识和市场趋势。
