Job Overview:

Responsible for assisting the Welding Foreman in the daily operation of barge welding equipment in the warehouse

This role will be working in offshore vessel.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Welding Foreman on daily tasks, requisition status, and various matters relating to welding equipment

• Responsible for the welding equipment inventory system

• Issue of welding equipment material from the warehouse

• Maintain material requisition records

• Receive and store materials

• Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with the established HSES Safety standards and Work practices

• Following all company policies and procedures, and ensuring subordinates do the same

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• BOSIET

• Valid Medical Certificate of Fitness

• STCW Reg

• VI-6 – Security Familiarization
