SEI Solutions is an industrial cleaning and safety company. We often perform work in steel producing mills, chemical plants, refineries, power plants, and water/waste management facilities to name a few. We work with many fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to join our team to be responsible for the repairs and preventative maintenance of our company fleet including but not limited to, Jetstream, Hotsy, vacuum tanker, and NLB vehicles.

Diesel/Automotive Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and assigned preventative maintenance services
• Perform inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment
• Automotive repair
• Light and heavy diesel automobile repairs
• Review, complete or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Move company equipment safely on yard as needed
• Perform service calls for emergency breakdowns

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1-3 years experience
• Is ASE Certified (preferred but not required)
• Has a Class A or B CDL (preferred but not required)
• Works well with a team
• Is a hard worker
• Is reliable
• Is mechanically inclined
• Has diesel experience
• Must have their own tools

While performing these duties, you may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
