Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work independently, perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly processes involving many steps and high degree of complexity

  • Responsible for assembling a complicated product complete from start to finish.

  • Responsible for testing product.

  • Adjust, fit, or align components to tight tolerances, specifications, and inspection standards.

  • Access work orders, prints, specifications, and technical information as required.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and production to ensure efficient assembly processes.

  • Exercise judgement to meet quality requirements and address challenges.

  • Assemble threaded pipes and fittings both manually and using pneumatic tools.

  • Receive orders, print labels, request material from stockroom.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have basic math skills and computer skills

  • Good communication skills - English required

    Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Assembly or related field.

  • Technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus

    Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to Lift 35-50 pounds.

  • Other physical demands of the job include, but are not limited to, bending, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking.

    Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting salary is $17.50 or more, depending on experience.

  • Pay rate can increase by $1.25 per hour for perfect attendance
