Job Title: IT Support Administrator

Location: Chico, CA

Salary: up to $49,000 per year

IT Support Administrator

Purpose

The Administrator assists our Professional IT Multi-Function Printer team with Install/Break-Fix ticket processing, and other administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to phone coverage, internal projects and/or tasks to be completed to aid the department with the daily workload. The Administration will be required to work with departments across all regions, with offices spread across the continental US.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with East/Central region MFP install tickets

  • Assist with daily phone coverage / creating new break-fix tickets

  • Assist Helpdesk Manager with daily departmental demands

  • Assist with organizing and updating internal documentation

  • Serve as liaison with other departments in the company to gather documentation and data for supporting the teams

  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

  • Data entry / audit on special projects / tasks

  • Respond in a professional manner to any customer or sales rep request

Must have skills:

  • Can-do positive attitude

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate with other team members and managers

  • Independent time management and decision-making skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Enjoy working with customers and external audiences

  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials Position Description

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors preferred

  • 1 - 3 Years as a Lead or Supervisory role

  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record is a must

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills

  • Must be a self-starter

  • Must be capable of working independently

  • Ability to handle high stressful situations and thrive under pressure

  • Impeccable Integrity and honesty

  • Ability to take constructive feedback from Management, or Peers

  • Willingness to learn new processes/practices, apply them and train others

  • eAutomate training / experience

  • Report Building / Support Metrics experience

  • SharePoint / Office365 experience

  • Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time

  • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications

  • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
