The primary duties of the Car Wash Associate are to:

• Efficiently and accurately facilitate each car through the car wash.

• Effectively hand dry cars once car wash is complete.

• Deliver extraordinary customer service to AAA Members, and or other Car Wash customers by accurately answering questions and interpreting department procedures. Provide all necessary instructions to ensure a complete understanding of the services that will be rendered.

• Maintain car wash equipment ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. Report problems with equipment to Manager.

• Drive customer vehicles in and out of the car wash in a safe manner.

• Maintain store cleanliness.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

• Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results, including criminal and drug screening.

• Must be physically able to drive various vehicles and transmissions (manual experience preferred but not mandatory).

• Must be comfortable with fast paced work environment.

• Ability to work in an environment with noise from traffic, machinery, and other people.

• Ability to work with window cleaning chemicals (alcohol based).

• Comfortable cleaning inside of customer’s personal vehicle with respect to their personal property.

• Ability to work holidays and overtime as necessitated by weather/business conditions. Ability to adjust schedule and priorities to meet business needs.
