Job Title: Lead A&P Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lead A&P Mechanic to join our aircraft maintenance team, servicing global needs with a highly professional approach. The role involves overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of our fleet of Learjet aircraft. We rely on our skilled mechanics to ensure our fleet operates at the highest standards. This role will be pivotal in maintaining our aircraft in peak condition, ready to assist with our customers' needs at a moment's notice.

Hard Skills

  • A&P License

  • 5 years of experience maintaining Learjet aircraft

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, and test procedures

  • Proficient in documenting maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, and parts requests

  • Experienced in time management to effectively meet maintenance goals

  • Capable of communicating aircraft status effectively

  • Experience with general mechanic tools (must possess own toolbox)

Soft Skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Excellent time management

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to work under a demanding schedule

  • Standard day shift with ability to work on-call nights and/or weekends as required

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clearwater, Florida.
