Robert Half HR Coordinator in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Description

Robert Half is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our client's team in the adult beverage distribution industry for leave-of-absence coverage. This role involves managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, recruiting, interviewing, and providing basic HR administrative support. If you have a strong attention to detail, prior HR administrative experience, and prior recruiting/interviewing experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, including confirming timesheet approvals and ensuring accurate data entry.

  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.

  • Provide basic HR administrative support as needed.

  • Participate in weekly HR meetings and conferences to discuss ongoing initiatives and address any HR-related issues.

  • Provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

  • Communicate effectively with staff.

  • Work collaboratively with department heads and staff members, fostering positive relationships within the industry.

    Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all HR-related tasks (especially payroll).

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in HR.

  • Prior experience in recruiting and interviewing (preferred but not required).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.

  • Comfortable working within the adult beverage distribution industry.
