Oracle Principal Technical Program Manager in Columbus, Ohio

Job Description

As a TPM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our API platform and overseeing the governance execution program. Your proactive problem-solving skills and flexible approach will be crucial in adapting to shifting business priorities. You will work closely with stakeholders across various domains to streamline the API onboarding process and help manage the regulatory landscape for our FHIR-based APIs, which will significantly impact our operations.

This role offers a vibrant and challenging environment, providing extensive professional growth and learning opportunities. You will have the chance to be involved across OHAI's entire infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) portfolio, taking charge of significant initiatives to integrate new, fast-paced, and high-profile projects into the OHAP ecosystem. Your efforts will focus on building new processes, tackling novel challenges, and driving success on a large scale, offering a unique learning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize extensive API management expertise to handle projects within regulatory frameworks.

  • Develop executable project plans with defined milestones, oversee project status, and manage cross-functional team collaborations, risk mitigation, and documentation improvement.

  • Drive incident management to ensure high performance and secure APIs, leveraging telemetry for effective resolution.

  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement of the API platform to enhance functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in project management for API Platforms, FHIR, and/or regulatory-type projects

  • Experience in cloud technology and API design

  • Excellent communication skills, effective across all management levels.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and achieve results through internal and external partnerships.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Capable of making independent, sound business decisions to tackle complex challenges.

  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and lead cross-functional teams using seasoned judgment and leadership skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
