Position Summary: Manage bakery outlet operation including supervising bakery outlet clerks, maintenance of store records, implementing in-store promotions and other activities to maximize store sales and minimize unsalvageable products.

Key Job Responsibilities: Maintaining all phases of outlet store operations within framework of bakery outlet policy and procedure manuals. In addition, support all Company safety programs and ensure a safe work environment. Assist in recruitment, development, training, and annual reviews of part-time clerks. Ensure continued compliance to policy and procedures through back-up management. Develop weekly schedules to ensure per man-hour sales and overtime control. Build strong customer relations, create new ideas to promote sales and execute business-building programs. Enhance route recovery through continual evaluation of rotation, merchandising, and pricing standards. #LI-MC1 Position Requirements:

Education and Work History:

2 to 3 years prior retail experience preferably in outlet or grocery operation Excellent communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of POS system High School diploma or GED required- some college preferred.
