Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree from a regionally accredited not-for-profit college or university in discipline of choice. Bachelor\'s Degree must be completed by start date. Minimum of 1 year of full-time professional experience in college admissions or college counseling or minimum 2 years of regular and formal work experience as an admission, financial aid, housing, college outreach, or college ambassador position that involves regular, frequent, and direct work with prospective high school and/or transfer students and their families. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally in front of small and large groups and to provide workshops, training and outreach programs. Candidate must have technological proficiency utilizing computers and working with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point (or similar platform such as Google).
