Position: Customer Sales Agent

Location: 19500 South Dixie Highway Cutler Bay, FL 33157

Terms: Full-time

Pay: $17/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Connects with existing and potential customers and aims to turn every call into a sales opportunity.

  • Handles various incoming sales focused phone calls.

  • Promotes and sells client products and services by emphasizing product features based on customers' needs.

  • Utilizes computer systems to verify and document customer requests.

  • Continually improves knowledge of company services and promotions.

  • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.

  • Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues.

  • Resolves customer questions in a professional, helpful manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years previous sales experience, preferred.

  • Phone-related sales experience.

  • Strong computer navigational skills

  • Solid business and sales knowledge.

  • Ability to stay composed and objective.

  • Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Exceptional listening/comprehension skills

  • Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and be persuasive without making the customer feel pressured.

  • Professional and courteous

  • Stellar customer service skills and overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment.

  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
