Job Description: Senior Audit Public Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Audit Public Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and communication. Your responsibilities will include leading client engagement teams, directing staff accountants, and ensuring that assignments are completed within budgeted time frames.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding client service and maintain effective communication throughout engagements.

• Lead and supervise staff accountants to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.

• Review programs to ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.

• Thoroughly review work papers for accuracy and completeness.

• Evaluate financial statements for presentation suitability and disclosure adequacy.

• Develop and utilize spreadsheet analysis for various projects, including trial balances and reconciliations.

• Conduct accounting compilations and reviews.

• Assist in the preparation of business tax returns as part of audit engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.

• CPA certification is required.

• Previous experience in a public accounting firm is essential.

• Strong knowledge of taxation principles.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and tax.
