Job Description Lead DVP&R activity for Front and Rear eBeam Development: creation/execution of DVP&R, test orders, teardown requests, and prototype orders Write Customer ADVP&R / DVPR Test Reports, Compile Evidence Book(s) and Lead Customer Reviews Establish and maintain traceability between DVP&R and Requirements Coordinate with System, Inverter, Motor, SW, and Functional Safety Engineers to ensure all requirements are met

Required Skills and Education BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree Required 3+ years Experience in Design and/or Validation of EDU's, Knowledge of EDU Architecture Working Knowledge of Industry Standards (IE...ISO 26262, ISO 16750-2, LV 124-1 & -2, IEEE 112, IEEE 1812, etc) required Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter, IBM DOORS required Understanding of Mechanical Design and Validation (Principles of Fatigue, Reliability/Weibull Analysis, etc) Excellent Communication skills, Ability to Write Concise and Accurate Procedures and Reports Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Teams, recommended About American Axle & Manufacturing As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM (NYSE: AXL) designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
