Administrative Specialist II (Galley Cashier)

Typical responsibilities encompass precise meal accountability within food service, customer tracking, efficient reporting, general clerical and receptionist duties, as well as other administrative tasks specific to the food service department. These duties may entail adherence to established policies and procedures, including custodial and housekeeping responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining stocked handwashing stations across designated areas such as the headcount station, entrance, exit, and other service points is imperative. The role involves providing administrative or secretarial support to departmental leadership, potentially extending to assistance in food preparation as delegated. Effective communication, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders is essential. While a culinary background is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

This role encompasses responsibilities beyond those outlined in the job description. You may be tasked with fulfilling additional duties as required by the organization

Additional requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English.

  • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.

  • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
