Job description: Under direction of the crew leader, this position will typically work on an asphalt paving crew, prep crew, or pavement maintenance crew. This position is full-time seasonal working May through November (weather permitting). Average workdays are usually 10-12 hours but at times may be shorter or longer, requiring overtime and working weekends.
