Job Description:

• Writes informative and engaging content to improve a brand's internal process flows.

• Produce well-researched content materials for internal and external usage.

• Ability to effectively communicate ideas. Content must express thoughts, concepts, and data clearly with a proper flow.

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills

• Strong attention to details

• Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking

• Experienced in creating process flow charts

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Amenable to work on night shift

• Amenable to wok on-site set up

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree graduate

• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience as a Content/SOP Writer

• Background in BPO is required.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon City

• Hybrid Set Up (2x a week onsite)

• Candidate must be amenable to work following the NZ time zone. (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
