Insight Global Community Association Manager in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Job Description

-This company began serving the Minnesota real estate and property management industry in 1969. They take pride in making a discernible difference in the property management field--specifically, homeowner association management for condos, townhomes, common interest communities and cooperatives. This resource would participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and/or other maintenance needs and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation.

Responsibilities Include:

---Manage a portfolio of properties, providing direction to the board of directors and homeowners

---Prepare Monthly Management Reports for Associations

---Conduct monthly property visits, or more frequently, if needed

---Attend all required Association Board Meetings and additional meetings, if necessary. Most meetings do occur on weekday evenings.

---Present proposals to Board in a professional manner

---Prepare Budget Drafts

---Assist with homeowner conflict resolution

Skills and Requirements

-Ability to consistently meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Great communication skills -- both written and verbal - are a must. This person will be working with a wide variety of people including Board of Directors, onsite personnel, and unit owners, as well as develop relationships with vendors and insurance and legal professionals.

-Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suites, and Outlook

-Strong relationship building skills

-Highly organized person who is able to multitask -Management or Leadership experience preferred

-Experience in the hospitality industry null
