As a member of one of BlackRock’s fastest growing areas you will have the technical and client-facing skillset to work on the complete investment lifecycle – leveraging cutting edge technology to help some of the largest institutions and investors in the world.

In this role, you will:

o Own the comprehensive oversight and delivery of service for clients of the Aladdin (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lzn2Av6QHK4) ® business, connecting multiple partner teams to deliver a cohesive client experience

o Own relationships with client teams, including SMEs and senior stakeholders (e.g., Head of Risk, Head of Fixed Income desk, Head of Compliance, Head of Platform management etc.)

o Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business objectives, and help leverage Aladdin expertise to achieve their organization’s goals

o Build strong internal relationships within BlackRock Solutions, and the wider BlackRock globally, in support of your clients

o Mobilize Aladdin’s suite of risk modeling, trade, compliance, and post-trade capabilities to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients

o Work closely with Aladdin product managers, developers, and financial modelers to further the value proposition of the Aladdin platform

o Work with support team representatives analyzing service patterns and themes and be accountable for navigating internal process adjustments to elevate client experience

o Host service KPI meetings and oversee holistic service metrics

o Adapt internal best practices to improve aspects of service as identified in KPI metrics, strategically identify root causes of systemic issues, and proactively solve them in collaboration with internal teams

You have:

o A broad technical knowledge of either Investment Operations or Trading. Several of the following areas are desirable: Transaction Management, Derivatives & Collateral Management, Corporate Actions, Reconciliations, Trading and FIX protocol

o Aladdin knowledge preferred but not essential

o Familiarity with buy-side investment management workflows, proficient in market trends

o A consultative approach to understanding client needs and a passion for solving problems

o Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on approach

o Strong interest in technology and an aptitude for learning new systems

o Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop lasting partnerships with client’ senior management

o Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients

o Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and works well as part of a multi-disciplinary global team

o 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Technology, Consulting or Buy Side firm.

o Business fluent in English, with knowledge of German, French or Italian considered as a plus

You may have:

o Direct trading, compliance, or operations analyst experience

o Proficiency in working with large sets of data

o A working knowledge of SQL, UNIX, Python, or similar tools, and/or Aladdin

Our hybrid work model
