What You'll Learn:The goal of the Engineering Rotational Program is to provide recent engineering graduates from partner Universities with exposure to a broad range of assignments across the engineering spectrum. Assignments include: Machine design (Hardware & Software), Workholding design, Value Add / Value Engineering Supply Chain Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Systems / Application Engineering.

Who You'll work with:Participants in Engineering Rotational Program will work alongside the leading minds within the Machine Tool Industry. Participants will also be assigned a dedicated mentor for the duration of the program who will provide guidance and leadership, allowing participants to grow and maximize their potential.

Where You'll Go:The program consists of three rotations at different Hardinge locations, one potentially international location, lasting 8 months each.

Where You'll end up:Following the two-year rotational program, Hardinge and program participant will jointly determine the best fit for the first off-program assignment at one of Hardinge's global locations.
