Job Description
Partner with a REMARKABLE Family Medicine & Integrative Medicine Physician in a collaborative care team model atOak Street Medical Clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Oak Street Medical has had a stellar reputation in the community since 1979 and to increase patient access and improve work-life balance of our providers, we are looking to add aNurse PractitionerorPhysician Assistantto the team who will partner with a physician in a shared and growing patient panel. This teamwork approach combines the strengths of both physician and APP together.
Our ideal Advanced Practice Provider will have 1-3+ years of experience in Primary Care and an interest in Integrative Medicine, combined with a passion for providing high quality care, in a team-driven environment, for patients of all ages.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 1-2+ years experience in Primary Care
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time
