Manufacturing Associate - Florence, KY

Pay Rate: $18 per hour Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 4:00 pm (with possible overtime as needed, including Saturdays)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires teamwork, adaptability, and strict adherence to company procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with filling and packaging of reagents according to process documentation.

• Follow company, site, and department procedures to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing daily housekeeping tasks.

• Complete accurate documentation of production activities and maintain up-to-date training records.

• Learn and execute simple to more complex processes as skills and experience increase.

• Adhere to safety standards, wear personal protective equipment, and identify and implement process improvement projects using Lean techniques.

• Communicate any safety, quality, or production concerns immediately to the appropriate level.

• Support and maintain 5S activities in manufacturing areas.

• Lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read and follow process documentation written in English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict adherence to compliance and quality standards.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Motivated and willing to learn and adapt to changes in production processes.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
