Hours per week may range from 6-18, depending on the schedule, and caregivers that may be unavailable due to illness or vacation. 1-3 shifts a week, and exact days may vary. Member is alert and able to easily communicate her needs and concerns. Work Location: In person, in client\'s home, in Fond du Lac WI Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming. Perform a variety of duties as requested by client, such as obtaining household supplies or running errands.
