Responsibilities

• Coordinating with transportation and freight forwarder to track the movements of shipments.

• Review of invoices to ensure accuracy and fixing shipment errors.

• Respond and follow up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendors and customers related to invoices or purchase orders.

• Work closely with Operations to manage inventory levels as needed.

• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication. Keep detailed, organized records of orders and stock.

• Excellent customer service and client relations skills.

• Know how to use forklift or be willing to learn how to use it.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Planning the layout and liaising with vendors to determine their booth requirements.

• Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings.

• Advanced data analysis and data visualization.

• Expert inventory management.

• Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.

• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.

• Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies.
