GENERAL SUMMARY The ideal candidate would handle all aspects of the fleet repairs, maintenance, safety and shop organization and possess troubleshooting abilities with a general understanding of diesel/gas engines, braking, power train, electrical, centrifugal pumps. Candidate will perform the duties required to operate and maintain the fleet and equipment at our facility and in the field. This includes vehicles, equipment, tools, facilities/building etc. Manage the scheduled inspections, maintenance services and immediate repairs of assets. Candidate will work hand in hand with other divisions in the company to ensure the field staff are fully supported and able to safely operate our equipment. Candidate will work out of McAda's Rockies facility in Fort Lupton, CO. Intersection of Hwy 85 and Weld County Road 8.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES The specific duties and responsibilities will grow with professional development. Initial duties and responsibilities include: - Serve as the primary contact for all equipment and shop duties - Manage routine preventive maintenance services - Timely service of repairs - On call 24/7 - Perform hands on work to ensure quality and timeliness of repairs - Be able to self-perform the required routine service/repairs to minimize disruptions of scheduled workload - Take personal ownership of shop & assets - Be resourceful and able to problem solve - Proper record-keeping for tracking assets, maintenance repairs, CDOT regulations, annual DOT inspections, etc. - Constant knowledge of where the equipment is located and their status of scheduled service or repair requirements. - Evaluation of assets when damaged or broken. Make repairs to high company standards - Strong communication with staff to effectively oversee equipment needs according to scheduled maintenance

McAda's Ft. Lupton fleet consists of: 10 speed Peterbilt tractors with either Cummins ISX or C-15 motors, Trailer mounted Hydro Thermal Units equipped with Cummins motors, Vac units, Winch Trucks Mixing plants with John Deere motors, Mixing Tanks, Various assets equipped with Centrifugal pumps Fully equipped Peterbilt Service Truck w/crane

QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum of 3 years in mechanics with proven hands on repair and maintenance work - Current, clean Colorado Driver's License, CDL license a plus - Have an extensive supply of personal tools to meet job requirements - Resourceful problem solving - Excellent communication skills. Be a good listener. Have the ability to present issues clearly and concisely, with integrity to Staff, Company, and Vendors. - Oil Field experience preferred - Must be available for on call field repairs of equipment - Age 25 due to company policy

QUALITY VS QUANTITY - Solid work history - Verifiable references, accomplishments - ASE certified a plus
