Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving process. Verifies all merchandise deliveries

• Communicate advanced or delayed shipping information to the General Manager and Executive Chef.

• Input all freight information in the Inventory Management System.

• Ensures the proper receiving procedures are used for control of shortages.

• Ensures an orderly and neatly maintained stock and receiving area.

  Qualifications

• Similar experience in a restaurant setting

• Able to work in a high volume environment

• Can lift up to 40 lbs

• Able to read, count and write accurately to complete all documentation
