This position is for a Systems Engineer Principal on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering team.

The selected candidate will be the Engineering Technical Lead responsible for all F22 system test and all F22 Labs.

They will be responsible for planning, and completion of system test for all engineering software release pipeline projects for the F-22 program in compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

The selected candidate will coordinate all activities concerned with system test scheduling and execution in all F22 labs.

They will also facilitate the creation of program test metrics and formulate program responses to those metrics to ensure successful product deliveries.

EngineeringAeronautics

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Technical leadership and project management experience working with cross-functional teams

• Final Secret security clearance

Desired Skills:

• F-22 Avionics and/or Software Experience

Experience with system integration and test

• Experience with Agile Software Development Process

• Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes

• Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

• F-22 Clearance

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
