Responsibilities:

As an Express Lube Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

• Self-motivated with a desire to be successful.

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480.00 to $86,800.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
